碳石墨环因具有优良的耐高温性、自润滑性、低摩擦系数、耐磨损性、纯度高、耐化学介质腐蚀性和良好的导热性及导电性、热膨胀系数小、对高低温交变性能的适应性以及材料的物理力学性能，作为机械密封应用中的关键部件已有几百年的历史。
碳石墨分瓣环种类很多，广泛用于各类压缩机、水轮机、往复泵等机械设备中以及PVD涂层炉里装载钻头的冶具里面。碳石墨分瓣环按照使用用途可分为：活塞环、导向环、填料环、迷宫轴封、以及水轮密封环，透平压缩碳石墨机械密封。
根据客户具体使用环境和温度，我公司会将石墨环深加工进一步提高产品抗氧化、耐磨、耐腐蚀等特性。

There are many kinds of carbon graphite split rings, which are widely used in all kinds of compressors, water turbines, reciprocating pumps and other mechanical equipment, as well as in the PVD coating furnace for loading bits. According to the usage, carbon graphite split ring can be divided into piston ring, guide ring, packing ring, labyrinth shaft seal, water turbine seal ring and turbine compressed carbon graphite mechanical seal.
According to the customer's specific environment and temperature, our company will further process the graphite ring to further improve the product's anti-oxidation, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and other characteristics.
